Shipping to Other Locations
For orders shipping outside the contiguous United States, such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S Virgin Islands, American Samoa, additional shipping fees will apply.
Shipping Timeframes
- Standard Orders: Most items leave our warehouse within 3 business days and are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Depending on your location, delivery typically occurs 3–5 business days after shipment.
- Large or Oversized Items: Some larger items require LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipping. These items typically arrive 7-10 Days after shipment. The trucking company will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Upgraded Delivery Options
For large or oversized items, we offer upgraded delivery services, including White Glove Delivery to your room of choice. Fees for these services vary and will be presented at checkout or you will be notified via email.
Returns
If an item needs to be returned, please note the following:
